The entry forms are now available for the 2010 National Games.

All the forms can be downloaded from here in the form of two different zip files. One with all the entry forms you'll need to make a paper application, and the other with all the forms if you opt for an e-mail application.

The forms are in Adobe Acrobat (pdf), Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word formats. 

Anyone without access to a copy of Microsoft Office can safely download and install a free and legal version of "Open Office" from here.
